The Work
This is not a menu of services. It is a single, integrated practice, one that begins with the breath and spirals inward through every dimension of what it means to be a human being in a body, in a world, carrying a history.
Each layer deepens the one before it. Most people enter at one of them, stress, or a specific wound, or a longing they cannot name. All of them lead, eventually, to the same place: a more inhabitable self.
Breath · Spiritus
"Like a spiral, each revolution returns to the center, the breath, while moving to a deeper level of the interior."
It's Time to Return Home
A short introduction to the broader framework: regulate the body, unburden the story, and return to a more inhabitable self.
The Inception Point
Breath & Mindfulness
Every journey into the interior begins the same way, with a breath. Not metaphorically. Literally. The breath is the only function of the autonomic nervous system we can consciously regulate, which makes it the original bridge between what happens to us and what we can choose. Mindfulness, practiced rigorously, not casually, is the discipline of learning to use that bridge.

Stress & Regulation
Stress is not weakness. It is a signal, from the nervous system, from the body, from the parts of us that are carrying more than they were built to carry alone. The first layer of this work is learning to recognize those signals without being overwhelmed by them: to regulate rather than suppress, to listen rather than perform.
Going Beneath the Surface
Trauma & the Inner World
Beneath most chronic stress lies something older, a wound that formed before we had words for it, before we had the capacity to process what was happening. Trauma is not a pathology. It is the psyche's attempt to survive something overwhelming. This layer of the work is about going carefully beneath the surface, with clinical skill and genuine compassion, to the places where the original pain lives.
Reauthoring the Story of Self
Narrative Restructuring
Every wound comes with a story, about what happened, what it means, and what it says about us. Internal Family Systems tells us that those stories were authored by parts of ourselves that were trying to protect us. Narrative therapy asks: who gets to be the author now? The Exiled Child framework offers a map for this territory, drawing on Jungian depth psychology, IFS, the Hero's Journey, and neuroscience, for the slow, profound work of building a new story from the inside out.

Meditation & Medication
There are wounds that sustained mindfulness practice can reach slowly over time, and there are wounds that live below language, in the wordless interior of the body and unconscious, that require a different doorway. As a certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Provider (PATP), Keith holds both paths with equal rigor and reverence. Meditation and medication, contemplative practice and carefully guided expanded states, are not in opposition. They are complementary expressions of the same deep intention: to help you inhabit yourself more fully.
The Spiritual Dimension of Healing
Sacred Ceremony & Presence
Healing does not belong only to the clinical. There are dimensions of human suffering, grief, mortality, the search for meaning, the need for ritual and belonging, that require something the therapy room alone cannot offer. Metta Touch holds the sacred dimension of this work: ceremonies for love and commitment, compassionate presence at the threshold of death, therapeutic touch, sacred plant medicine, and the quiet ministry of being fully present with another person in their most human moments.
Explore Metta Touch →"The breath runs through all of it, through the stress and the grief and the medicine and the ceremony. It is always there, available, asking you to return. That return is not a small thing. It is the whole practice."

Spiritus
Spirit, the animating breath of life, the sacred intelligence running through all of it.
Aspiration
To breathe toward something, the longing that brings a person to this work in the first place.
Perspiration
The real labor of change, not insight alone, but the sustained practice that lets it take root.
Where do you enter the spiral?
You don't need to know. Most people arrive at a specific layer, a crisis, a loss, a realization, and the work unfolds from there. Start a conversation and we'll find the right doorway together.
